Super lodges for sale across St. David's Leisure

We are excited to bring to your attention the fact that we have new “super” lodges listed across our parks. Their addition comes as part of a wider update to our 3 parks’ sales list, which due to reasons such as supply chain bottlenecks and the pandemic have been difficult to update in recent months.
“Super” lodges offer the ultimate in holiday home living. They are unrivalled in terms of their high standard of finish and luxury features, such as specially made designer furniture, statement pieces from artwork to feature wall-panelling, and modern fireplaces.
What’s more, lodges like these are often sited on the test plots on park, including those with gorgeous views, privacy, and onsite location.
Simply put, this is a special lodge. It has real wow-factor whilst remaining versatile and practical. Drawing decor inspiration from Catalonia in Spain, there is a clever dividing wall with useful shelving in the entranceway which adds depth to the lodge’s interior whilst ensuring it stills light and open. Another nice design touch which is typical of Aspire’s stylish-yet-practical ethos is supporting pillar with built in wine cooler - clever!
This lodge is also three bedroom so would be great for families to those looking to wow and entertain their friends. It comes sited on plot 217, a fantastic location on St. David's Park that enjoys afternoon sun, private parking and plenty of space.
The Artro has been specifically designed to make the most of scenic views from the main open-plan living area - a major plus as their is fantastic coastal and countryside views to be enjoyed on Coed Helen. There will also be glass-panelled decking to enhance and make the most of these views from plot 68 where this lodge will be located.
It wouldn't be an Aspire lodge without stylish design and the Artro boasts lots of features to excel in this department. This includes high-vaulted ceilings in an open-plan living area, log burner effect fireplace, large and striking master suite.
Like the Aspire lodge on St. David's Park, the Artro on Coed Helen has 3 bedrooms ideal for families and those looking to entertain friends.
In addition to its own Aspire Artro lodge, Berthlwyd Park also boasts a fantastic Aspire Oslo lodge.
If you are a fan of Scandi interior decor then the Oslo might well be the perfect choice for you! As the name suggests, the Oslo takes inspiration from the Norwegian capital. This means plenty of stylish wooden touches throughout the lodges interior and as with most Scandi decor the "wow" is in the simplicity and high quality finish of the interior which seeks to enhance the lodge's location and stunning views of Conwy Valley countryside.
