Site fees are an annual charge for your pitch on the park, covering ground maintenance, access to facilities, waste services and park management. They start from £4,500 per year and vary depending on which park and pitch you choose. We will give you the exact figure when you visit.

March through to January — 10 months. During that time you can use your holiday home as often as you like.

Yes. We work with finance partners and can spread the cost across monthly payments. What is available depends on the unit and your circumstances. Ask our sales team and they will explain what is on offer.

A new caravan comes with the latest spec, a full manufacturer warranty and the option to choose your finish and layout where possible. A pre-owned unit costs less upfront and can still be in excellent condition. Our sales team will talk you through the pros and cons based on your budget.

A lodge is generally larger, built to a higher spec and sits on a more permanent pitch — better insulation, higher-end fittings and more of a second-home feel. Static caravans offer good value and comfort at a lower price. Both are solid depending on your budget and what you want from the space.

It depends on the park and the terms of your pitch agreement. Ask our sales team when you visit and we will give you a clear answer for whichever park you are interested in.

The park closes at the end of January and reopens in March. Your holiday home stays on its pitch throughout. You just need to secure it before you leave for the winter.

It depends on the age and condition of the unit at the time of purchase. We are upfront about this when you buy so you know what to expect.
