FAQs

Common questions

How far in advance do I need to book?

It depends on the time of year. Summer and school holidays book up quickly, particularly at St. David's Park on Anglesey. We recommend booking as early as possible for peak weeks. For quieter periods there is usually more availability, so it is worth getting in touch even at short notice.

Are the parks open all year?

Our parks operate a 10-month season running from March through to January. Coed Helen, St. David's Park and Berthlwyd Hall all follow this season. Plas Uchaf offers touring and camping pitches and has its own season dates. Call us to confirm availability for your preferred dates.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Several of our accommodation options welcome well-behaved dogs. Let us know when you enquire and we will confirm which units are suitable and whether any additional terms apply.

What is included in the accommodation?

All our accommodation is self-catered and fully equipped for your stay. That includes bedding, towels, kitchen equipment and everything you need for a comfortable break. Specific inclusions vary by unit so ask us when you book if you have anything particular in mind.

How do I get to the parks?

All four parks are accessible by car. St. David's Park is on Anglesey via the A55 and Menai Bridge. Coed Helen is just outside Caernarfon off the A487. Berthlwyd Hall is in the Conwy Valley. We will send full directions when you confirm your booking.

Is there anything to do on the parks themselves?

Coed Helen has an on-site bar and restaurant, Molly's, which is open throughout the season. St. David's Park has beach access and outstanding park facilities. Berthlwyd Hall has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and children's play area. All parks are within easy reach of North Wales attractions, beaches and towns.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and the type of booking. Contact us directly and we will explain the terms that apply to your stay.
