The location
Molly’s is set in a beautiful location on the park that enjoys some of the best views Coed Helen offers – particularly on Summer evenings where the sunset is mesmerising and best enjoyed outside on our terrace with friends and your favourite drink.
From Molly’s, views stretch over the Menai Strait towards Anglesey and the restaurant was designed and built to make the most of this unique outlook, with large glazing and sliding doors onto the terrace.
Our food
When establishing Molly’s, we took a lead from the success we enjoyed at our sister restaurant The Tavern on the Bay, located on St. David’s Park in Anglesey. The food at Molly’s takes inspiration from The Tavern, with our executive chef Pete Warder working across the two locations.
Our food is high-quality gastropub in style, and we pride ourselves on creating a menu that makes the most of brilliant local produce that changes with the seasons.
